This is for Khrysalys Studios LLC events only.

You bought tickets, but stuff happens. Don’t worry, we’re here to help.

Canceled or Rescheduled Events

In either case, we’ll alert you ASAP via the email address you provided during the ticket purchase.

Canceled Events

If your event was canceled, in most cases you won’t need to do a thing: we’ll inform you of the cancellation and refund the amount you paid for your tickets, including all fees on the same payment method used for purchase.

Rescheduled Events

If your event was rescheduled, we’ll contact you with the new date and time ASAP via the email address you provided at purchase. Can’t make a rescheduled event? Email us at info@khrysalys.com and we will be happy to accommodate a refund or an exchange for another show.

General Refund

Tickets are non-refundable, unless an event has been canceled, postponed, or moved.

Late Arrivals

Refunds are not provided for late arrival to an event.
